At Anchored in Essence, I offer therapy designed for people who look like they have it all together—but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck underneath it all. I specialize in helping high-functioners, couples, and caregivers reconnect to themselves, break harmful patterns, and move from surviving to fully living.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving Oregon, I’m dedicated to creating a supportive, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming space where real healing and long-term transformation can unfold.

My Approach
At Anchored in Essence, therapy is more than a session—it’s a partnership built on trust and understanding. I use evidence-based techniques and holistic approaches, including:

DBT + TF-CBT: for emotional regulation and trauma processing when needed
